This knitted pullover features a factory graphic rendered in intarsia knitting. For the smoke, fluffy, unspun wool yarn is used and individually hand-attached in three different streaky-dyed colors, creating a three-dimensional representation of smoke rising from the chimney and swaying in the wind. This garment combines rigid architecture with soft smoke.

Smoke is the visualization of airflow. Air, which should be invisible, asserts its presence the moment it is given form. What appears heavy can be light to the touch. Amidst this fluctuation, the ambiguity and reality of air are interwoven.
