We are collaborating with Synflux and utilizing their proprietary technology called "Algorithmic Couture," which automatically generates minimal-waste cutting patterns by having a computer algorithm analyze 3D garment data. By replacing patterns with straight, strip-like shapes, and cutting them in a way that reduces fabric gaps, much like neatly stacking Tetris blocks, we have reduced waste by 31% compared to our conventional in-house products.

The increased number of seam lines, a major feature of this item due to "Algorithmic Couture," are stitched together using overlock sewing techniques, resulting in a design reminiscent of Frankenstein. Furthermore, the bolt embellishments, expressed through manual handwork, fuse cutting-edge technology with the beauty of handcrafted artistry, offering the wearer comfort and a sense of environmental care, and we hope it also helps heal the planet.
