We collaborate with Synflux, using their unique “Algorithmic Couture” technology, which allows computer algorithms to analyze 3D garment data and automatically create designs that minimize waste. By replacing patterns with linear strips and cutting fabric with minimal gaps, much like neatly stacking Tetris blocks, we have reduced waste by 15.7% compared to our conventional products.

The increased number of seam lines, a distinctive feature of this item enabled by “Algorithmic Couture,” are patched together using overlock sewing techniques, resulting in a design reminiscent of Frankenstein's monster. Additionally, hand-crafted bolt decorations merge cutting-edge technology with the beauty of manual work, offering wearers comfort and a sense of environmental consciousness. We hope this contributes to healing our planet.
